Getting better through the years, Attendant Care Services of Michigan works to improve our services and quality to serve you with more efficiency at home.

These are the Home Health Care programs currently offered at our agency.  Services are provided by licensed nurses, therapists and home health aides.

Services include:

• Skilled Nursing - Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant will provide skilled care to you at home
• Physical Therapy - To help you improve your mobility and motor skills
• Occupational Therapy - To help patients adapt better to a new work environment and to regain self-care skills
• Medical Social Services - Medical Social Workers emotionally support individual clients and families as they go through the stresses of health issues, disability or a death in the family
• Skilled Nursing Assessment - Case management and/or health needs evaluation conducted at home
• Certified Home Health Aide - Personal Care services ideal for patients needing recovery support or assistance with daily living activities during old age
